<br />':~strong <br /> <br />1~97 <br /> <br />( <br />ORm:NANCE NÒ~ <br /> <br />:By Mr. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE to require the Mayor to report ~o the Counoil all available <br />information needed for the negotiation and oonsideration of a contract <br />for sUpplying the City and ltsinhabitanta with gas, and authoriøing <br />the Mayor to employ an expert to seoure the necessary information and <br />for servioes in oonneetion with said subject, and fixing his eompensatio~ <br /> <br />wa:JREAS, this Council requires åll available information for use of the <br />~~ty and its officers in the negotiation and consideration of a contract <br />1:orsupplying the City and its in habitants with gas and, therefore, it :is <br />nec8ssary to employ an expert to secure such information, and to render <br />servioes on behalf of the City in oonnection with said subject. <br /> <br />by the Countil of the City Qf <br /> <br />. <br />:BE J;T ORDAINED <br /> <br />'l'HEREFORE <br />of Ohio:- <br /> <br />State <br /> <br />Section 1: That under Section 6, Article 2, of the City Oh~rter as amend- <br />ed, the Mayor be. and he is hereby authorized and required to secure and <br />:report to t4is Counoil all available infor~~tion needed fOr the negotia- <br />tion and consideration of a oontract tor supplYing the City and its inhabi- <br />tants with gas, and for the purpose of securing such information that the <br />Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to employ E.
