Stevens <br />AN ORDINANCE authorizing the sale of houses not needed for <br />any munic1pa.l purpose. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of' the City of Lakewood, State <br />of Ohio. two-thirds of all members elected thereto concurr1ng: <br />Section 1: That the houses belonging to and to be acquired by <br />the city of LakeWOOd for the purpose of extending Franklin Avenue <br />a public street in the City of Lakewood, in the following named <br />streets are not needed for any municipal purpose, to-wit: <br /> (1) Leist 40use No. 1548 on the westerly <br /> side of Wyanð.otte Avenue and tnown as <br /> Sub-lot #30 in Brewer-French & Kees <br /> Sub-division. <br /> (1) Ruprecht house ~o. 1532 on the westerly <br /> side of Robinwood Avenue and known as <br /> sub-lot #146 in Walton Brothers Sub- <br /> division. <br />Seotion 2: That the Director of Public Works be and he is he¡:,e" <br />by authorized to sell said houses for cash and in the manner <br />provided by law, and shall stipulate that said houses shall be <br />removed f¡:,om the land where now located within 60 days after sale. <br />Section 3: That this ordinance Shall take effect and be in force <br />on and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />Adopted: <br /> E.
