ORDINANCE NO, 181~ By Mr. Gormsen AN ORDINANCE to accept the dedication of Eldred Avenue from Hilliard Road to Delaware Avenue. BE IT ORDAINED.by the Council of the City of Lakewood, erase of Ohio: SectiOn l: That the dedication of Eldred Avenue from Hilliard Road to Dela- ware Avenue, as shown by plat of ......... . ..................... recorded in Volume ....... of Maps. pa~e. ......... .Cuyahoga County Records be and the same is hereby accepted and confirmed, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 2 hereof. Section 2: That maid dedication is accepted with the understanding that the City of Lakewood shall cause said street to be improved by the following; sidewalk, grading, sewer, water, sewer and water curb connections and paving and that waid impro~ments placed in said street at the cost and expense of the owner or owners ehall be and be come the sols and exclusive property of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, and its successors, for public use, and the acceptance of this ordinance by the dedicators and parties interested shall be construed and held to be a proper conveyance of the same to said City of Lakewood, State of Ohio. That said dedicators hereby waive all limitation of assessments necessary in connection with said improvements. Section 3: That this ordinance shall take effect and bein force from and after its adoption and at the earliest period allowed by 1~, ~nd the acceptance thereof by said dedicators, in writing, within ten days from its adoption.
