18 6 <br /> <br />Mrs. Waitt <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Director of PUblic Works to expend <br />$150.00 for equipment for playgrounds. <br /> <br />THEREFORE BE IT OKDAINED by the Council of the City of Lakewood, <br />State of Ohio: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the Director of Public ~O:rks be and he is hereby <br />authorized to expend net to exceed $150.00 for equipment for play~ <br />grounds in Lakewocd Parks, payable from the Service Fund appropria- <br />tion for park purposes. <br /> <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be in force and effect on and <br />after its passage and approval by the Mayor and at the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />May 1st, 1922 <br /> <br />L.
