<br />AN ORDINANCE ~o accept the dedication of Kenneth Drive and Edgewa~er Dr~ve
<br />with improvements as follows: grading, paving, sewer, sidewalks and water.
<br />
<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Lakewood. State of Ohio:
<br />
<br />Section 1: That the dedication of Kenneth Drive and Edgewater Drive with
<br />improvements as follows: grading, sewer, sidewalks and water, as shown
<br />by plat of
<br />recorded in Volume.. .... of Maps, page.,,..,,, Cuy~hoga County Records be
<br />and the s~me is hereby accepted and confirmed, subject to the conditions
<br />set forth in Section 2 heresf.
<br />
<br />Section 2: That said dedication is accepted with the understanding that
<br />said streets have been or shall be improved at the expense of the dedicators
<br />by improvements as follows: grading, sewer, sidewalks and water, and t~at
<br />said improvements, together with all other improvements now in or hereafter
<br />placed in said streets at the cost and expense of any party or owner shall
<br />be and become the sole and exclusive property ef the City of Lakewood, State
<br />of Ohio, and its succeEsors, for public use. and the acceptance of this
<br />o~dinance by the dedicators and parties interested shall be construed and
<br />held to be a proper conveyance of the same to said City of Lakewood, State
<br />of Ohio, That a bond approved by Director of Public Works shall be given
<br />to protect the c~y from any and all claims arising out of or in connection
<br />with any work done by the dedicators in said streets.
<br />
<br />Section 3: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in::forcs from and
<br />after its adoption and at the earliest period allowed by law, and the
<br />acceptance thereof by said d~dicators, in writing, within ten days from its
<br />adoption.
