ORDINANCE NO, 189~ 'By Mr. <br /> <br />AN ORDIN~CE authorizing the Director of ~blic Works to purchase certain <br />land for extending and opening certain existing streets within the City <br />of Lakewood. <br /> <br />BE IT O?d)AI2:~D by the Council of the City of Lakeweod, State of Ohio: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the Director of Public Works be and he is herWoy~uthorix~d <br />~nd directed for the purposeof extending ~est Adams Avenue, a public street <br />in the City of Lakewood, to purchase from the owner or owners for a ce~- <br />sideration not to exceed $2,000.00 the following described real estate. <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakeweod, County of Cuyahoga, State Of <br />Ohio, Section No. 1~, Rockport Township and being f~rther known <br />as sublets ~16 and ~17 in the TUxedo Land Company's ~arren Park <br />Subdivision proposed to the City of Lake~od, bounded and de- <br />scribed as follows: <br /> <br />~eginning at a stone monument in the westerly street line of <br />Warren Road (60 feet wide) and the northerly line of land eon- <br />veyed by Chas.
