ORDINANCE NO. 1913 By ~. Gormsen <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE to accept the dedica~on of Emily D~ive and Iola Avenue. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Oity of Lakewoo~, State of <br />Ohio: <br /> <br /> Section 1: That the dedication of Emily Drive and IOla Avenue as <br /> shown by plat of <br /> recorded in Volume.......of Maps, page......, Cuyahoga County Records <br /> be and the same is hereby accepted and confirmed, subject to the con- <br /> ditions set forth in Section 2 hereof. <br /> <br /> Section 2: That said dedication is accepted with the understanding <br /> that said streets have been or shall be improved at the expense of <br /> the dedicators by improvementasas follows: none <br /> <br />and said improvement, toghther with all other improvements now in <br />or hereafter placed in said streets at the cost and expense of any <br />party or owner shall be and become the sole and exclusive property <br />of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio. and its successors, for <br />public use, and the acceptance of this ordinance by the dedicators <br />and parties interested shall be construed and held to be a proper <br />conveyance of the same to said City of Lakewood, State of Ohio. <br />That a bond approved by Director cf Public Works shall be given to <br />~rotect the City from any and all claims arising out of or in <br />connection with any work done ~y the dedicators in said streets. <br /> <br />Section 3: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br />from and after its adoption and at the earliest period allowed by <br />;aw, and the acceptance thereof by said dedicators, in writing, ten <br />d~ys from its adoption. <br /> <br />Adopted: Sep$~ber ~th 1922 <br /> <br />Approved: L. E. Hill, Mayor <br /> <br />L. A. Hildie, President <br />A..0. Guild, Clerk <br /> <br />dedicators of the streets and lands described in Ordinance No. 1913 <br />as Set forth above, relative to the dedication of streets n~aed <br />herein, hereby accept the terms of said ordinance and agree to be <br />bound thereby and to comply With and perform all of the terms and <br />provisions o£said Ordinance. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS ~TEREOF these presents have been duly executed, this <br />· ...day of..,.,,,..,........1919. <br /> <br />WITNESS: <br /> <br />Signatures waived <br /> <br /> <br />
