· ANCE NO, 191~8 BY Mrs, nirk <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE to authorize the temporary transfer of $16,963.9~ fro. <br /> <br />a balance of $112,108,30 standing to the credit of the Clifton Boulevard <br />Paving Fund, and declaring an emergency. <br /> <br />~HER~A$, there, is in the Clifton Boulevard Pa~tng Fund a balance of <br />$112,108.30 which money is redeemable by general taxation, and <br /> <br />W~LEREAS, the purpose for which this money was provided has been <br />accomplished, <br /> <br />~AS, i% is desirable that BUnts Road and Hilll~rd Road be paved <br />this season if possible, and <br /> <br />WHEt~EAS, the Director of Finance informs this Council that funds <br />required because of assessments against property belonging to The <br />Board of Education must be provided at once in order to avoid serious <br />delay, <br /> <br />TEEHE)~REBE IT ORD&IN~ by the Council Of the CitY of Lakewood, <br />State of Ohio: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby author- <br />ized to make temporary transfers of, <br /> <br /> $10,862.67 to the Bunts Road Pa~ing Fund <br /> 6,101.28 to Hilliard Road Paving Fund <br /> <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby author- <br />ized to include like amounts in the next City Portion bond issue and <br />promptly reimburse the Clifton Boulevard Pavihg }~nd. <br /> <br />Section 3: That this ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure <br />for the reasons setforth and shall become effective at the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />September 18th, 1922 <br /> <br />L.
