ORDINANCE No. 2160 <br /> <br /> by Mr. Heidloff <br /> <br /> AN OHDINANCE to regulate the dumping of various materials at Lake- <br /> wood Park and any other places that may be used for dumping purposes. <br /> BE ITORDAINED by the Council of the City of Lakewood, State o£ Ohio, <br /> three-fourths of all members elected thereto concurring: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the Mayor as Director of Public Wo~s be and he <br />hereby is permitted to charge at his option for the unloading of clean <br />sand, dirt, ashes and rubbish and any other materials which are now <br />being dumped at Lakewood Park, or which may dumped at any other place <br />used for dumping purposes within the boundaries of the City of Lakewood; <br />that the said chS~ges are to be made, as follows: <br /> <br />That a ch~ge shall be made of 25# of any t~uck, wagon or any other <br />vechile which may be used for dumping purposes and containes two tons <br />or less; that a charge of 509 be made per load on any truck, wagon <br />or any other vehicle which may be used for dumping purpomes nnd which <br />contains not less than two ton nor more than five tons. <br /> <br />Section 2: That the funds derived from these charges shall be kept <br />separate and apart from any other funds which the City of Lakewood now <br />has and shall be expended only for the purpose of constBucting, b~ildlnf <br />and maintaining a roadway along the lake through the City of Lakewood, <br />or for the constructing, building and maintaining breakwatel, s, bathing <br /> <br /> anything else of a similar nabure which may be incidental <br /> <br />beaches and <br />thereto. <br />Section 3: <br />measure end <br /> <br /> This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an e:aergency <br /> <br /> shall take effect and be in force from and after its <br />adoption and approval and at the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopt ed: _ March 1~. 1924 -- Ssmes Oo~rasen <br /> President <br /> <br />Approved: E.A.
