By Mr. Hcidloff <br /> <br />AN C~DINANOE to amend the building line map which is adopted <br />and made a part of Ordinance No. 1786, entitled "Au Ordinance <br />providing for the zoning or districting of the City cf Lake- <br />weed and the regulation of the location, bulk, heights and <br />uses of the buildings and other structures, and repealing <br />Ordinance No. 1479". <br /> <br />BE IT 0~DAINED BY Tt~E COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the building line ~p which ia made a part <br />of Ordinance No. ~786 and the nex~c proceeding hereto referred <br />to and by Section 21 thereof, in which building line map a <br />part of this ordinance is hereby changed so that the building <br />line of property covering the sub-lot located in the south- <br />east corner of Lincolu and Bayes Avenue be and hereby is <br />changed from its present set-back line, which is 30 feet, to <br />~ feet and that the building line map is hereby changed and <br />amended. <br /> <br />Sectio~ 2.
