ORDINANCE NO. 24S1 <br /> <br />BY Mrs. Knirk <br /> <br /> AN ORDinanCE to amend Ordinance No.1786 entitled <br />"Am Ordinance providing for the zoning or districting of <br />the City of Lakewood ar~ the regulati~u of the location, <br />bulk, heights and uses of the buildings and other structures <br />and premises and repealing OrdL~ance No. 1479, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BT the Council of the City of <br />Lakewood,State of Ohio: <br /> <br /> Section 1, That Ordinance NOo1786 entitled "An <br /> Ordinance providing for the zoning or districting of the <br /> City of Lakewood, an~ the regala~ion of the location~ <br /> bulk~heights and uses of b~ildings and other structures <br /> and premises and repealing Ordinance No~ 1479', <br /> Be amended and supplemented by changing the Zoning <br />M~.p,same as changed to become e part of this Ordinauce, the <br />intent being to change the classification of 2~nds which <br />are known as part of sublets 1,2 and $ of the Lincoln Avenue <br />Subdivision Allotment of original Rockport Township No.19 <br />and lots 1 to 14 inclusive, of the S and E Subdivision <br />Allotment of original RockportTownship No.19~ and being <br />situated onthe north side of Fischer Road from the w~sterly <br />side of Br~wn Road ~o the easterly side of Lincoln ~venue <br />and ~aving a depth of 100 feet from the northerly street line of <br />Fischer Road as proposed, from a Residence Classification now <br />~nown as ~.a,A2, HI and to be ~hanged to a Retail Store <br />classification known as 2 A, A A, H ~, which change of Zeroing <br />Map or classification is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 2: T~his Ordinance shall be in fnll force and <br />effect from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: October l~th,l~2~. <br /> <br />Approved: E.A~ Wiegan~ <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />James ~rmsea- <br /> president <br /> <br />A.I.Kauf~man <br /> Cl~rk <br /> <br /> <br />
