-2- <br /> <br /> Bection ~: That for the p~rpose of prcv£ding funds in an amount <br /> s~ffic[e~t to pay the interest on said serial bonds and to provide <br /> a f~nd for the final redemption of said bonds, there shall be and <br /> is hereby levied upon all the real and personal property in the <br /> City of Lakewood, Ohio, a direct ann~al ts~x, in addition to all <br /> other taxes. <br /> in each year sugglcient for said purposes, provided, however, that <br /> th~ assessments ~uttoipated by said bonds are payable <br /> and are applicable to the payment of such p~rpose, the amount of <br /> such tax shall be reduced by the amount of the assessments so <br /> appropriated and applicable and the remount thereof shall be ascer- <br /> tained, levied and certified by the proper tax authorities annually <br /> ~nd shmll be collected as other taxes are collected. <br /> <br />~eotion $: That upon the sale of said bonds the premium, accrued <br />interest and capitalized ~nterest, if an~, shall be paid into the <br />~sink~ng f~nd or bond retirement fund. .~. <br /> <br />Section %: The Director of 2inance is hereby directed to forward <br />a certtfted copy of this ordinance to the County Auditor as re- <br />quired by Section ~659-1b of the General Code of Ohio. <br /> <br />~ectlon 6: This 0r~inance shall be in fall force and effect from <br />and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />~ lXth, ~927 <br />Adopted:...,......,......... ....
