Section 3: That for the purpose of providing funds in an amount <br />sufficient to pe~v the interest on said serial bonds and to provide <br />a fund for the final redemption of said bonds, there shall be and <br />is hereby levied upon mll the real and personal property in the <br />City of Lakewood, Ohio, a direct annul tzx, in addition to all <br />other taxes, suggicient for said purposes, provided, however, that <br />in each year the assessments a~uttclpated by said bonds are payable <br />and are applicable to the payment of such purpose, the amount of <br />such tax shall be reduced by the amount of the assessments so <br />appropriated and applicable and the amount thereof shall be ascer- <br />tained, levied and certified by the proper tax authorities annually <br />and shall l~e collected as other taxes are collected. <br /> <br />Sect[on %: That upon the sale of said bonds the premium, accrued <br />interest and capitalized interest, if a~A~,, shall be paid into the <br />sinking fund or bond retirement fund. <br /> <br />Section ~: The Director of Finance iS D~reby directed to forward <br />a certified copy of this ordinance to the County Auditor as re- <br />quired by Section ~659-tb of the General Code of Ohio. <br /> <br />Section 6: This Ordinance sh~!l be tn fall force and effect from <br />and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> ~mly llth, 1927 <br /> <br /> Pres[dent <br /> Ellen ~ ~oldenb~e~ <br /> <br /> Clerk <br />A. !. ~Ka~lf~ <br /> <br />~pproved:o,,,,o,,o,,. ,,,,,,'. ,,,,,o,,.,,,, <br /> E.
