ORDINANCE NO. 3166 Bx Mrs. Knirk <br /> <br />AN 0RDIN~CE authorizing the Dir, ector of Finance to pay to Louis <br />RumaEe, 1417 Coutant Avenue the sum of $58.20 in full settlement <br />of his claim for work done for Mr. A, Schwing, 1465 Coutant Ave., <br />Lakewood, account defective sewer, and declaring an emergency. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Lakewood, State of <br />Ohio, two-thirds of all members thereof concurring: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Director of Fin~ce be and he is hereby <br />authorized to pay to Louis Rumage, 141? Coutant Avenue the sum of <br />Fifty-eight Dollars Twenty Cents ($58.20) in full settlement of <br />his claim for wozk done for Mr. A. Sohwing at 1468 Coutant Avenue <br />on account of defective sewer, for which it developed Mr. Schwing <br />was not respQnsible, upon receipt of release signed by ~r. Rumage <br />releasing the City from any and all future liability in connection <br />therewith. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the amount set forth in Section 1 hereof be paid <br />from appropriation 4-0-3 "~ewer ~aterial and Supplies" as set forth <br />in Ordinance No. 30~3 adopted January 6, 1930. <br /> <br />Section 3.
