An ordinance declaring the necessity for and the intention to propriate to public use for hospital purposes an estate in fee e~,nple in certain property herein described and declaring an emergency. Whereas it is necessary for the immediate p~eservation of the pub- lic property, health amd safety and to l~ovide for the usual daily op- eration of municipal detmrtments, that this land be acquired at once and an emergency exists for such Pur~ose~ THEREPORE BE IT ORDAINEDt'BY THE COUIICIT.
