ORDINANCE NO. 3229 ~ Mr. Phillips <br /> <br /> An ordinance authorizi~g and directing the director of law to bring <br />suitable action in a court of competent jurisdiction against Thomas and <br />~D~ar~a Dudzinski and any other persons deemed necessary to require them <br />to vacate certain property dedicated for street purposes on which en- <br />croachments have been made and to quiet the title of the city of Lake~vocd <br />thereto and declaring an emergency, <br /> ~hereas, Madison and Alameda Avenues are duly dedicated public <br />streets and highways in the city of Lakewood and Thomas and Nar'ma Dud- <br />zinski and others have encroached thereon and are obstructing a portion <br />of said streets and an emergency exists to provide for the immediate <br />preservation of the public property and for the usual ~ily operation of <br />the department of public works~ <br /> T~0RE BE IT 0RDAI~L~ BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEW00D, <br /> STA~TE ON OHIO~ two-thirds ~f all~ members ~here~f concurring~. ~ , <br /> Section 1. The director of law is hereby, authOrized to obtain a <br /> certificate of title for said premises from an abstract Company at an <br /> expense not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00), payable from Gasol. in <br /> , _T~x fund' upon voucher duly approved by the director of law. <br /> Section S.
