0RI~NANCE NO. 3236 BY Mr. Phillips <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Director of Finance to pay to Mrs. <br />Mary A. Calvey, 2201 Glenbury Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio, the sum of <br />Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) in full settlement of her claim against <br />the City of Lakewood for personal injuries sustained on account of <br />falling on the sidewalk at 2181 Glenbury Avenue, Lakewood, <br />16, 1931, and declaring au emergemey. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Lakewood, State of <br />Ohio, two-thirds of all members thereof concurring:- <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is Hereby <br />authorized to pay to hrs. Mary A. Calvey, 2201 Glenbury Avenue, <br />Lakewood, Ohio, the sum of Twenty-five Dollars ($B5.00) in full <br />settlement of her claim against the City of Lakewood for personal <br />injuries sustained on account of. falling on the sidewalk at 2181 <br />Glenbury Avenue, Lakewood, January 15, 1931, upon receipt of satis- <br />factory release signed by Mrs. Calvey an~ her husband releasing the <br />City of Lakewood from any and all further liabilities in connection <br />with this accident. <br /> <br />section 2. That the amount set forth in Section 1 hereof be paid <br />from appropriation 1-M (Damages paid by the City) as set forth in <br />Ordinance No. 3168 adopted by this Council ~anuary 3, 1931. <br /> <br />Section 3.
