ORDINANCE NO. 3313 BY M~. Darmstatter <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Director of Finance to pay <br />to Miss Anna M. Savage, 14009 Parkdale Avenue. Cleveland, <br />Ohio, the sum of Thirty-eight Dollars ($38.00) in full <br />settlement cf her claim against the City of Lakewood for <br />personal injuries sustained,on account cf falling on the <br />sidewalk at the southwest corner of Detroit Avenue and <br />Warren Road, Lakewood, May lSth 1932, when electric cable <br />for the police and fire signal systems was being installed, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Oouncil of the City of Lakewood, ~te <br />of Ohio, two-thirds of all members thereof concurring:- <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is here- <br />By authorised to pay to Miss Anna M~. Savage, 14009 Parkdale <br />Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio, the sum of Th~z-ty-eight Dollars <br />($38.00) in full settlement of her claim against the City of <br />Lakewood for personal injuries sustained on account of falling <br />on the sidewalk at the southwest corner of Detroit Avenue <br />and Warren Road, Lake~ood, May 18th 1932, upon receipt of <br />satisfactory release signed by Miss Savage releasing the <br />Oity of Lakewood from any and all further liabilities in <br />connection with this accident. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the amount set forth in Section 1 hereof <br />be pa~d from appropriation 1-M ( D,m-ges paid by the City) <br />as set forth in Ordinance No. 327? adopted by this Council <br />February 15th 1932. <br /> <br />Section 3. As stated in the preamble, this ordinance is <br />declared to be an emergency measure and shall be in full <br />force and effect from and after its passage and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br /> <br />Approv~~ <br /> <br /> <br />
