ORDINANCE NO. 3336 By Mr. Darmstatter <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Director of Finance to <br />pay to ~a M. Murphy, 8111 Madison Avenue~ Cleveland, <br />the sum of Fifty Dollars ($§0.00) in full settlement <br />of her claim against the City of Lakewood for personal <br />injuries sustained on account of falling on the side- <br />walk between the corner of Detroit Avenue and West <br />Clifton Blvd., and McKinley School, September 12th 1932. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the 0ounci! of the City of Lakewood, <br />State of Ohio, two-thirds of all members thereof <br />concurring!- <br />Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is <br />hereby authorized to pay to Anna M. Murphy, Sill Madison <br />Avenue, Cleveland, the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) in <br />full settlement of her claim against the City of Lake- <br />wood for personal injuries sustained on account of fall- <br />ing on the sidewalk between the corner of Detroit Avenue <br />and West Clifton Blvd., and McKinley School, September <br />12th 1932~ upon receipt of satisfactory release signed <br />by Nmna M. Murphy releasing the City of Lakewood from <br />any and all further liabilities in connection with this <br />accident. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the amount set forth in Section 1 <br />4~reof be paid from appropriation 1-M (D,m~ges paid by <br />the City) as set forth in 0rdinanoe No. ~2~7- adopted by <br />this Council F~Bruar~~-tSth .t9~2. ~ <br /> <br />Section ~. This ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect from and after its passage, approval by the Mayor <br />and at the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br /> <br />
