0RDINA~CE ~0. 333V By Nr. Gormsen <br /> <br />Ab ORDINANCE authorizing the Director of Finance to pay to <br />Nr. F. A. ~ewhauser, 1671 St. Charles Avenue, Lakewood, the <br />sum of Thirty-Five Dollars ($3§.00)' in full settlement of <br />his claim against the City of Lakewood for personal injuries <br />sustained by his son Frederick, Junior, a minor, at ~akew~od <br />Park on July 8th 193~. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Lakewood, State <br />of Ohio, two-thirds of all members thereof concurring:- <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is here- <br />by authorized to pay to Mr. F. A. Newhauser, 1671 St. Charles <br />Avenue, Lakewood, the sum of ~htrty-Five Dollars ($35.00) in <br />full settlement of his claim against the City of Lakewood for <br />personal injuries sustained by his son Frederick, Junior, a <br />minor, at Lakewood Park on July 8th 1932, upon receipt of <br />satisfactory release signed by Mr. Newhauser releasing the <br />City of Lakewood from any and all further liabilities in <br />connection with this accident, approved by the Director of <br />Law. All proceedings necessary to secure release in full from <br />the parents of said miner, and also from the minor, of auy <br />and all claims arising out of said injury shall be taken. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the amount set forth in Section i hereof be <br /> paid from appropriation 1-M (D~mages paid by the City) as set <br /> forth in Ordinance mo. 3~ adopted by this Council February <br /> 15th 1932. <br /> <br />section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its passage, approval by the Mayor and at the <br />e~liest period allowed by law. <br /> <br /> <br />
