0RDINAN~E No. ~ by Mr~ Fahrenbeeh, <br /> <br /> An ordinance to ~m~nd Ordinance No. 1786 <br />entitled "An ordinance providing for the zoning and districting of the 01ty of Lsd~wood <br />and the regulation of the location, bu!~, height and uses of buildings and other <br />structures and premises, and repealing ordi~nance No. 14~9," <br /> <br /> l~hereas, dn emergency exists to provide for the <br />usual daily operation of a municipal department a~ising out of a need for providing <br />proper regulations and classification of property for use as skating rink located on <br />premises herein described. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY T~E COUNCIL OF ~qE CITY OF <br />LAE~Ig00D, STATE OF GHI0, two-thirds of all members thereof concurring: <br /> <br /> Section le ~hat the districting and zone ~p of <br />the City of T~ewood as provided in Section S of 0rdin~uce No. 1786 entitlted Can <br />o~dinance previding for the zoning and districting of the city of Iekewood and the <br />regulation of the location, b,,l~ height and uses of buildings and other structures <br />and premises and repealing ordinance No. 1479" be and it is hereby amended to change <br />the classifieation of the proper~y herein described from iA use to Class ~A as <br />hereineft er iimtted. <br /> <br />Said property being described as followsL <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoge, Sthte of Ohio, Rockport Towuship~ <br />Sect. $19, bounded and described as follows~ <br /> <br />Beginning at a point in the northerly line of Lakewood Heights Boulevard (60 feet wide) <br />and the southeasterly corner of Lot Nos S67 in the A~thurHeights Subdivision Nos $ <br />as shown byplat recorded on Page 14, Volume 65, Ou~ahogaOounty Record of Plats; <br />thence in the easterly line of Lots Nose ~?,~$9 and $70 in the aforesaid subdivision north <br />00. 59~50" east about ~47.~? feet to a point in the southerly line of The ~Szxedo I~nd <br />Company's Warren Pa~k Subdivision as show~ by plat recorded on Page 40, Vol,,m~ ?$, <br />Ouyahoga County Record of Plats; thence in said southerly line ~2.?~ feet easterly <br />to a point; thence south 00. 59' 50e west to e point in the northerly line of Imkewood <br />Heights Boulevard; thence westerly ~Ee73 feet t~ the place of beginning. <br /> <br /> Section 2e That the proper~y in the ordinance <br />described and classified as 2Ause as indicated in said zoning ordinance shall be an~ <br />it is hereby, limited to its use to "Skating rink if operated as a business for the <br />purpose of private profit with accessories, end uses incidental theretoe <br /> <br />Namely: Sale of refreshm-nte~ <br /> Skates ~d grinding skates <br /> <br /> Section 3.
