ORDINANCE NO. 3407 BY Nr. Da~lst~tter <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Director of <br />Finance to pay to Mrs. Emma ~arsh, 1287 Lakeland <br />Avenue, Lakevo od, Ohio, the sum of Twenty-Seven <br /> ~ f <br />Dollars ~i ty Cents ($27.50') in full settlement <br />of her claim against the City of Lakewood on account <br />of expense in cleaning blocked Sewer at 1287 Lake- <br />land Avenue, Lakevood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at a meeting of Council June 5th <br />1953 action was taken to allow Mrs. ~mma Narsh, Twenty- <br />Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($27.50) for this claim. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEW00D, STATE OF 0HI0, two-thirds of all members <br />thereof concurring:- <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Director of Finauce be and <br />he is hereby authorized to pay to N~. Emma ~arsh, <br />1287 Lakeland Avenue, Lakewood, the sum of Twenty- <br />Seven Dollars ($27.~0) in full settlement of her claim <br />against the city of Lake wood on account of expense in <br />cleaning blocked sewer at 1287 Lakeland Avenue, Lake- <br />wood, upon receipt of satisfactory release signed by <br />~rs. Emma ~arsh releasing the city of Lakevood from <br />any and all further liabilities in connection there- <br />with. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the ~mount set forth in Section <br />i hereof be paid fr~n appropriation 1-N (Damages paid <br />by the City) as set forth in Ordinance No. 3Z75 adopted <br />by this Council January 10th 19~. <br /> <br />Section ~.
