AN ~_~GENGY' ' OHDINANCE authorizing the sale of property located at the southeast comler of Abbieshire Avenue and Edgewater Drive, owned by the city of Lake~ood, not needed for any municipal purposes WH~iEAS, the city of Lakewood owns esrtain real estate and an emergency has spleen to provide for the sale thereof and for the dell2 operation of a municipal department~ and WHerEAS, as authorized by resolution No. 2783 advertisements £or bids for the sale of said property~were received and a bid of one thousand four hundred twenty-five dollars (~14~5.00) wa~ received from ~au~tce ~. Cummings. THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA, WOOD, ~TATE OF OHIO, two-thix~ls of all members elected thereto concurrins~ Section 1. That the property hereinafter described be sold to ~aurice P. $~umnings for the sum of one thousand four hundred twenty-five dollars (~1425.00) cash, Said property ia described, as follows: Situated in Section No. ~ Original Rockport Township (now in the city of Lakewood) County of Cuyahoga and ~tate of Ohio, and being par~s of Lots Nos. 1 and R in Sylvanlm~t Extension Allotment, as shown by the plat recorded on page 1~, volum~ ~5, ~uysho~a County record of ~aps, Bounded and described as follows~ Beginn~ng at a point in the easterly side of Abbieshire Avenue (44 feet wide at the southwesterly co~ner of lot No. 2 in ~he ~ylvan- burst Extension Allotment as aforesaid. Thence Nc~th 0 degrees 15 minutes 40 seconds west in the easterly line of Abbiesht~e Avenuep ~2.78 feet to a point of curve. ~enoe in the arc of a curve deflecting to the east, whose radius ia 47.38 feet, ionS chord 8~.~5 foot and bears north 63 degrees 51 minutes 26 seconds east an arc distanoo of 106.04 feet to a point of compound curve. ~ence in tho are of a curve, deflecting to the south, whose radius is 193.9~ feet, long chord 43.00 feet and bears south 45 degrees 39 minutes ~6 seconds east, an arc distanco of 43.09 feet to a point in the easterly line of the ~ylvanhurst Allotment ~foresaid.
