ORDINANCE No.~3512 <br /> <br />BY Mr. Darmst atter <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Director of Finance to pay to <br />H. H. Gould, l185V Clifton Boulevard, Lakewood, Ohio, the amount <br />of TWELVE DOLLARS THIRTEEN CENTS ($12.13) in full payment of his <br />claim against the City of Lakewood on account of damage to auto- <br />mobile tire and tube, December 2Vth 1934, caused by one of the <br />wheels of his automobile striking a bad hole in the pavement <br />while driving on Lake Avenue near Cove Avenue. <br /> <br />BE IT 0RDAINED by the Council of the City of Lakewood, State of <br />0hie,~ two-thirds of all members thereof concurring:- <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby <br />authorized to pay to Mr. H. H. Gould, 1185V Clifton Boulevard~ <br />Lakewood, Ohio, the amount of TWELVE DOLLARS THIRTEE~ CENTS ($12.t3) <br />in full payment of his claim against the City of Lakewood on account <br />of damage to au~mobile tire and tube, December 2~th 1934, caused by <br />one of the wheels of his automobile striking a bad hole in the pave- <br />ment while driving on Lake Avenue near Cove Avenue~ upon receipt of <br />release signed by Mr. Gould and releasing the City of L~ewood from <br />any and all further liabilities in connection with this case. <br /> <br /> Section 2. l~at the amount set forth in Section One of this <br /> Ordinance shall be paid from Appropriation t-M (Damages paid hy <br /> City) as appropriated in Ordinance No. S80~ ~Adopted JanU~y ~ <br /> 1935. <br /> <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br /> upon its passage, approval by the Mayor, and at the earliest period <br /> allowed by law. <br /> <br /> <br />
