ORDINANCE NO. 3623 BT Mr. Fairgrieve <br /> <br /> Au emergency O~dinanee to amend ordinance No. 1786 entitled "An Ord~m-~ce <br />providing for the zoning and dis%rioting of the City ef Lakewocd and the regula- <br />tion of the location, bulk, height ~nd uses of buildings and other structures <br />and premises, and repealing Ordinance No. 1479". <br /> <br /> ~nmmEAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation <br />of ~he public health, welfare and safety and to provide for ~he usmal daily <br />operation of a m,~cipal department. <br /> <br /> TherEFORE BE IT C~DAINED BT r~ 00UNOIL OF 1~,: CITY OF LAK~OOD, ST_ATE <br />OF ONIO: <br /> <br /> Section le That the dis%rioting and zone map of *,he City of Lak~wuod, <br />as provided in Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1786 entitled "Au ordinance provid- <br />ing for the zoning and districting of the City of Lakewood and the regulation <br />of the location, Bulk, height and uses of buildings and other structures end <br />premises and repealing Ordinance No. 1479", Be and it is hereby emended to change <br />the classification of the propert-yherein described from Commercial Use to <br />Apartment House Use, Class lb, H-2, A-~. <br /> <br />Said preperty Being described as follows: <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Ouyahoga, State of Ohio and being <br />part of Section No. 2i, original Rockport TownShip, bounded and described as <br />fOllows: <br /> <br />On the north by the southerly line of the right-of-way of 2he <br />New York, Chicago and St. Louis Railroad, on the east by the <br />westerly line of Theodore Xundtz Subdivision as shown By ~he <br />plat recorded on Page 4, Volume 39, Cuyahoga County Record of <br />Maps; on the south bye line parallel to, and 168 feet norther- <br />ly from the center line of Detroit Avenue, as shy,= on the afore- <br />said plats and on the west by the easterly line of Bunts Road (70 <br />feet wide). <br /> <br /> Section 2e That all parts of said Ordinance No. 17~ inconsistent here- <br />with be end they are hereby repealed and said amended diet-rioting and zoning <br />map is by reference made a part of this ordinenooe <br /> <br /> Section 3- This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergenoy meas~r® <br />for reasons stated in the preamble hereof and shall be in full force and effect <br />upon its passage amd approval by the Mayor and at the earliest period allowed <br />by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: October !9, 1936 <br /> <br />W.
