DELIVERY OF WATER~BILLSt
<br /> ¥~em bills for water are sent or delivered to the premises supplied, it
<br />shall be the duty ef the occupant of some to p~y the water bill, or to send
<br />the bill to~.theoWUar ct,party who is to pay the water rent,~or to return the
<br />sameto the Superintendent of the Water Department, accompanied by a statement
<br />giving~the n~me and address of the perscm whcis to'pay the water rent. This
<br />statement-must he. signed by the occupaut'of-th~:premi'ses.
<br /> In~allcases where' the~oooupantof the'premiaesrefusea or neglects to com-
<br />ply with the foregoing paragraPh, the Superintendent of the Water Department
<br />=ay t~rn off the. water immediately.

<br /> Upon a special request ~de ~y any owner of ~remises, escompaule~ by a list
<br />of properties owned by him, bills for water rent om all such properties will
<br />be sent or delivered direct to =he address as requested. However, if bill is

<br />RULE. 4 - WATER FOR BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES

<br /> bill for all water consumed or delinquent bills on. such pre~ises are paid in

<br /> through a master meter, a permit shall be obtained from the proper depart~aen~

<br /> merit, be ~arnished free to the. ccntractor~ provided, however, that"if required
<br /> by the ~W~ter Department, the ContractOr shall takesuch waterthrougk ameter
<br /> furnished and set' at the contractor'~ expense, and that such free use of water
<br /> shall be limited ts such quantities es, in the opimion of t~eDirec~or'of

<br /> free for boilers, for cooling air compressors or other ceoling purposes or for
<br /> power purposes, etc.

<br /> Ho person shall use any fire hydrant for co~structio~.~or other purposes

<br />hydrants used for any construction purpose, such as sewers, buildings, paving,
<br />~tc., must have reducing couplings atSmohed tc the nozzles of the hydrants,
