EQUiP~NT The com_~Rny shall; as soon as delivery may be ~ad after the ac- ceptance date of this ordinance, install new motor buses, and shall thereafter replace old buses with new as and when such replacement is reasonably necessary. All equipment shall be produced by a recognized manufacturer of motor buses and shall be modern transit type buses of such size and seating capacity as adeq~avely to fill t e needs of the route or roUtes u~on which employed, ihe equipment shall be properly maintained and be safe, dependable and in sanitary condition. All bus~ shall be uniformly painted. 'i'he number of the buses shall be sufficie: to meet the reasonable needs of the traveling public cf the city under the terms hereof, v~th spare equipment to in ume the required service at all times. From October l, to June l, of each year of their operat: such buses shall be heated to sixty degrees Fahrenheit. ' SE6TION ~Z ~ ~ ~Lad~NER OF GIVING NOTICES, Whenever by the terms ~f this ordinance notice is required to be given either by tls city or by the company (Unless otherwise speciall~ prOvided herein) such notice may be given by registered mail. Such notices shall be mailed by tls city to the' company, to the attention its statutory ager~ and shall be mailed by the company to tha City to the attention of its Director of Public Works, City Hall, Lakewood, Ok RULES. ........
