Heidgen One R~dred Fifteen <br />Dollars ($115.00) for this claim; and <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, an emergeney exists to provide for the <br />usual daily operation of a municipal department; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY TNE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKE~00D, STATE OF OHI0, two-thirds of ali members thereof eon- <br />e~ring: <br /> <br />Section I. That the Director of Finance be and he <br />is hereby authorized to pay to Mr. J. E. Neidgen, 15~5 St. Charle.s <br />Avenue, Lakewood, the sum of One Hundred Fifteen Dollars ($115.00) <br />iiin full settlement of his claim against the City of Lakewood on <br />~aceount of expense in repairing Sewer at 1~25 St. Charles Avenue, <br />~akewood, Ohio, upon receipt of satisfactory release signed by <br />iisaid Mr. ~.
