0RDIN~CE NO. 3761 BY Mrs. Spalding AN ORDINANCE dedicating to public use for street purposes the following described property to be known as Detroit Avenue and Arthur Avenue Extension. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Lakcwood, State of Ohio, two-thirds (2/3) of all n~embers thereof concurring: Section 1. That the parcel of land adjacent to and adjoining Detroit Avenue between the westerly side of ~drews Avenue to the easterly side of what is known as Arthur Avenue Extension, being known as Parcel 1 and fully described herein and the parcel of lend known as Arthur Avenue Extension ~extending from Detroit Avenue to a point ES0 ft~ north, which is kn~n as Parcel 2 be and the same are hereby dedicated for street purpeses~ Parcel I to be known as Detroit Avenue and Parcel ~ to be kno~vnas ~thur Avenue Extension. Parcel 1 is fully described as follows: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Ouyahoga~ Section 22, Rockport Township, and being the southerly ~ feet of Lots 81, 82, 83, 84 Block B Lots 85, 86, 87, and 88 in. the Jennie V. Andre~s Subdivision as show~ by plat r~eoorded in~ Volume S1, Page 26, Ouyahoge County Records of Plats, bounded and described as follows: Beginning in the intersection of the westerly line of Andrews ~ve~e (60 feetwide) and the northerly line of Detroit Avenue (66 feet ~idel as sho~ by the afores~ plat of the Jennie V. ~drews Subdivision; thence wester in the northerlyline of Detroit Avenue as aforesaid 594.46 feet to the southeasterly corner of Block A in t? aforesaid subdivision; thence northerly in the easterly line of Block A 5.00 feet; thence easterly parallel to ~ northerly line of Detroit Avenue 59~.43 feet ~o a point in the westerly line of Andrews Avenue; thence southerl~ in the westerly line of Andrews Avenue B.00 feet to the place of beginning.
