?a~e #~ - #5 57 Section 29-8: The existing basis of distribution to other taxing subdivisions of taxes levied for all purposes within the county within the limitation cf Article XII, Section 2, of the Constitution cf the State of Ohio, shall not be affected by the provisions of Sections 29-1, 29-2, 29-~, 29-4, 29-5, 29-6, 29-7, 29~ and 99-9 of this charter.
