AN 0I~DINANCE amending 0rdinence No. 1786 entitled, "An 0rdinsnce providing for the zoning or districting of the City of Lakewood end the regulation of the location, b~ulk, height end uses Qf buildings~and o%her s~rUCtures and premises, and 'repealing Ordi~nce No. 1479". ~ " BE IT 0~D~.II~ED bY the Council of the City of L~kewood, State of Ohio, SECTION 1: ~aat Ordinance No. 1786 entitled "An Ordinance providing for the zoning or districting of the Oity of Lakewood and the regulation of the location, bulk, height and uses of buildings and other structures and premises, and repealing Ordinance No. 1479" be amended and supplemented~by changing and revising the zone map so and to the extent that the ,classifications of the premises described as follows: "Situated in the City of Lakew~od, Ohio, end being part of the Lakewood Imnd end Improvement Company's Subdivis-.on as recorded in Volume ~1, page n~, C~vehoga County Record of Pl~ts and being Sublots Numbered 78 to 12~, inclusive, on the easterly aide of Belle ~Avenue, said lots being on Belle Avenue bet~een Detroit Avenue and Madison Al~elltle ~" be and are hereby changed fr~the present residence district classifications known es Hi, A2 districts to residence district classifications designated as Hi, Al; that the zone map shall be ~nd is hereby revised end changed as above provided end as ac revised and changed shall be and become a pert of this ordinance.
