- 2 <br /> (3) That the proposed Bunts Road widening as indicated on the <br /> plat dated April 7, 1941, prepared and nor: on file with the <br /> Division of Engineering of the City of Lakev.ood shall be com- <br /> pleted on or before December 31, 1941; <br /> (4) That the trees now located along the present sidewalk shall <br /> be moved and relocated a distance of ten (10) £eet westerly of <br /> the westerly edge of the sidewalk to be installed in accordance <br /> with said drawing of April 7, 1941; and <br /> (5) That no part of the cost of said widening, the relocation of <br /> the trees or reconstruction of the sidewalk shall be borne by the <br /> Board of Education. <br /> provided, further, however, that the deed of conveyance shall not be <br /> executed and delivered by the President and Clerk to the City of Lake- <br /> wood until the Council of the City has indicated its willingness to <br /> <br /> _ accept said conveyance subject to the terms hereof.~~ <br /> SECTION E, That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br /> for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and, provided it receives the <br /> affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br /> take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the <br /> Diayor. <br /> Adopted: ISay 5, 1941 Hugh K.
