Coutant <br />Subdivision not recorded, and further described asfollm~s: <br />Beginning in the' westerly line of Coutant Stl~eet 60 ft. wide' <br />to à pO:i.nt distant 257 r'eet southerly from its intersection 1~it:h <br />the southerly line of Detro-it ÂVE:DUe 66 ft. wide.
