Fahrenbach <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE authorizing the l~yor, as Director of <br />Public Works to enter into a contract in the manner provided by law to <br />purchase materials for street repair for the year 19~,8. <br /> <br /> BE IT 0 ~RDAII~ED BY 'T~ COUNCIL OF TIS CITY OF LAKEW, OOD, <br />STATE OF C~TO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the ~ayor, as Director of Public Works, be <br />and he is hereby authorized to enter into s contract, in the manner' <br />provided by law, for the purchase of materials for street repair for the <br />year 1948, as follows: <br /> <br />Asphalt filler, sandstone flagging, ~old Patch ~ixture, Kentucky Rock <br />Asphalt, Nedina and granite curbstone, paving brick, sand, slag, cement, <br />crushed stone and other similar materials. <br /> <br />Suc~ materials to be in accordance with the specifications.submitte~ by <br />the Director of Public'~orks, which are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Said'materials shall be paid for from funds <br />appropriated for such purpose, on vouchers approved by the Birector of <br />Puolic Works. <br /> <br /> Section 3, That this ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force upon its passage and approval by the ~yor and at the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Sept~ 15, 1947 <br /> <br />Wm~ R.
