AN EI~ERGENCY OI~DINANCE to amend Ordinance No. 1786 entitled, .An <br />ordinance providing for the zoning or districting of the City of Lakewood <br />and the regulation of the location, bulk, height and uses of buildings <br />and other structures and premises and repealing Ordinance No. 1479", as <br />amended from time to t1_~,me, by revising the zone ~p with respect to the <br />properties located along Sloane Avenue within the territory hereinafter <br />more particularl~ described. <br /> <br /> ~E IT (P~DAINED BY THE CO~CIL OF THE CITY OF IAEEWOGD, STATE OF <br />OHIO~ <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Ordinance No. 17~6, as amended from time to time, <br />be amended and supplemented by revising the Zone Map to the extent that <br />the properties located within the following described territorys <br /> <br />On both sides of 51oa~ Avenue extending from West <br />Clifton Boulevard to Bridge Approach and Rock~ <br />River Bridge in the City of Lakewood, <br /> <br />be, and they are hereby reclassified so as to coma within GROUP 1 - <br />RESIDenCE CIA~SES- Class lc Uses" subject, however, to the provisious <br />of Section 5 (b) of Ordinance No. 1788 as amended. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the City Engineer be, a~d he is hereby, authorized <br />and directed to make said revision in the original Zone Map, which Zone <br />Map with said use district as so revised, is hereby declared to be & <br /> <br /> Section 3., This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and, provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirde of =~! members elected to <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon itS <br />adoption and approval by the <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Wm.R.
