4589 - 48 Accept sewer easement for interceptor sewer

e//2 buildings, structures or other property located the~reon, resulting from the construction~ repair or reconstruction of said sewer or of said tunnel, the Grantee will promptly restore said premises and said buildings, structures and other property as nearly as may be to the same con;~ition as existed before such constructlan, repair or reconstruction; and 2.
