ORDINANCE NO. 4596. <br /> <br />By- Mr. Dawson. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public Works <br />to enter into a contract in the manner provided by law, for purchasing' <br />water meters and meter parts for a period of one (1) year fromM arch 1, <br />1949 to February28, 1950. <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE~0OD~ STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, be and <br />he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract in the manner provided <br />by law, for purchasing water meters and meter parts for a period of <br />one (1) year fromMarch 1, 1949 to February28, 1950, in~ccordance <br />with specifications on file in the office of tl~Director of Public <br />Works and which are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
