ORDINANCE NO. 4636 BY Mr. Dawson <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Ordinance No. 1786, entitled "An Ordinance providing <br />for the zoning or districting of the City of Lakewood and the regulation of th~ <br />location, bulk, height and uses of buildings and ether structures and premises, <br />and repealing Ordinance No. 1479", by changing and revising the Zone Map with re- <br />spect to the property located on the northerly side of Lakewood Heights Boulevard <br />as hereinafter more partic!~larly desCribed and by establiehin~ a building line <br />applicable to said property: <br /> <br />BE IT ORnAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IAK~WOOD, STATE C~ OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1786 be amended and supplemented by changing <br />and revising the Zone Map to the extent that the property located on the northerly <br />side of Lakewood Heights Boulevard in the City of Lak~wood within the following <br />described territory: <br /> <br /> Situated in the City of Lake~od~ County of Cuyahoga <br /> State of Ohio, and being part of Original Rockport <br /> Township, Section No. 19 and further described as <br /> follows~ <br /> <br /> Beginning at the intersection of Brown Road and Lake- <br /> wood Heights Boulevard; thence from said place of be- <br /> ginning westerly along the center line of Lakewood <br /> Heights Boulevard to a point 125.16 feet westerly of <br /> the westerly line of Lincoln Avenue (60 feet wide); <br /> thence northerly parallel with the westerly line of <br /> Lincoln Avenue and along the westerly line of Sublet <br /> No. 14 in the Lincoln Avenue Subdivision as recorded <br />· in Volume 65, Page 27 of Cuyahoga County Map Records, <br /> to the northwesterly corner of said sublet; thence <br /> easterly along the northerly line of Sublets Nos. 14, <br /> 13, 12, 3, 2 and 1 in said Lincoln Avenue Subdivision <br /> and along the n~rtherly lines of Sublets Nos. 1 to 14 <br /> both inclusive of the S. and M. Investment Companyts <br /> Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 95, Page 17 of <br /> Ouyahoga County Map Records, to the center line of <br /> Brown Road; thence southerly along said center line <br /> to the place of beginning. <br /> <br />bey and it is hereby, reclassified and changed from "Group 2 - Business Classes - <br />Class 2A Uses" to "Group 1 - Residence Classes - Class IA Uses"j from Area District - <br />A4" to "Area District - A2.$ and from "Height District - N3" to "Height District - <br />HI", as designated and provided in said Ordinance No. 1786 as amended from time to <br />time. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That said Ordinance No. 1786 be amended and supplemented by re- <br />vising the Building Line Map to the extent that the building line across the foregoiz~ <br />described property shall be parallel to, and 20 feet northerly of, the northerly line <br />of Lakewood Heights Boulevard. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the City Engineer be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed <br />to make the said changes and revisions in the original Zone Map and in the original <br />Building Line Map, which Zone Map and Building Line Map with said Use Area and Height <br />Districts and said Buildir~ Line as so changed, revised and established, are hereby de- <br />clared to be a part of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
