ORDINANCE NO. 4636 BY Mr. Dawson AN ORDINANCE to amend Ordinance No. 1786, entitled "An Ordinance providing for the zoning or districting of the City of Lakewood and the regulation of th~ location, bulk, height and uses of buildings and ether structures and premises, and repealing Ordinance No. 1479", by changing and revising the Zone Map with re- spect to the property located on the northerly side of Lakewood Heights Boulevard as hereinafter more partic!~larly desCribed and by establiehin~ a building line applicable to said property: BE IT ORnAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IAK~WOOD, STATE C~ OHIO: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1786 be amended and supplemented by changing and revising the Zone Map to the extent that the property located on the northerly side of Lakewood Heights Boulevard in the City of Lak~wood within the following described territory: Situated in the City of Lake~od~ County of Cuyahoga State of Ohio, and being part of Original Rockport Township, Section No. 19 and further described as follows~ Beginning at the intersection of Brown Road and Lake- wood Heights Boulevard; thence from said place of be- ginning westerly along the center line of Lakewood Heights Boulevard to a point 125.16 feet westerly of the westerly line of Lincoln Avenue (60 feet wide); thence northerly parallel with the westerly line of Lincoln Avenue and along the westerly line of Sublet No. 14 in the Lincoln Avenue Subdivision as recorded · in Volume 65, Page 27 of Cuyahoga County Map Records, to the northwesterly corner of said sublet; thence easterly along the northerly line of Sublets Nos. 14, 13, 12, 3, 2 and 1 in said Lincoln Avenue Subdivision and along the n~rtherly lines of Sublets Nos. 1 to 14 both inclusive of the S. and M. Investment Companyts Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 95, Page 17 of Ouyahoga County Map Records, to the center line of Brown Road; thence southerly along said center line to the place of beginning. bey and it is hereby, reclassified and changed from "Group 2 - Business Classes - Class 2A Uses" to "Group 1 - Residence Classes - Class IA Uses"j from Area District - A4" to "Area District - A2.$ and from "Height District - N3" to "Height District - HI", as designated and provided in said Ordinance No. 1786 as amended from time to time. Section 2. That said Ordinance No. 1786 be amended and supplemented by re- vising the Building Line Map to the extent that the building line across the foregoiz~ described property shall be parallel to, and 20 feet northerly of, the northerly line of Lakewood Heights Boulevard. Section 3. That the City Engineer be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to make the said changes and revisions in the original Zone Map and in the original Building Line Map, which Zone Map and Building Line Map with said Use Area and Height Districts and said Buildir~ Line as so changed, revised and established, are hereby de- clared to be a part of this ordinance. Section 4. That this ordinance shall take effect ~ud be in force upon its passa and approval by the Mayor and at the earliest period allowed by ]aw. Adopted: November 7, 1949 ... Wmo R.
