<br /> WHE~F.~.$, an emergency exists in that certain provisions of Ordinance No.
<br />4672 are inconsistent with the provisions of Ordinance No. 465? adopted April 3,
<br />1950, requiring the immediate eltmt,Ation of any ~uch eonfliot, and in that it pro-
<br />vides for tho usual daily operation of a ~mmioipal department~ mow, therefore,

<br /> Section 1. Positions are hereby oreatod, and the regular time compensa-
<br />tions ef employes holding such poaitions are hereby fixed, in the Division of
<br />Streets, Sewers and Sidewalks, as £ollow~
