ORDINANCE NO. 4685 by Mr. Quinn <br /> <br /> AN C~tDINANCE authorizing the Director of Public Works <br />to charge a fee for Bowling on the Green on city property. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a bowling green has been constructed in <br />Lakewood Park in order to accommodate persons who are desirous of <br />playing this game, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there is a certain expense in connection with <br />the operation, maintenance and supervision of such green~ now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br /> ~ IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWO~ <br />STATE OF OHIO, <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, <br />be and He is hereby authorized to charge a fee for Bowling on the <br />Green on public property in Lakewood Park~ at the following rate~ <br /> <br />50$ per game per alley, regardless of the number <br />of persons playing, but not to exceed eight (8). <br /> <br /> Section 2.
