ORDINANCE 1~0. ~?01 I~Z Mr. Go%termeyer <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE authorizing the M~or, as Director of Public V~orks, to <br />enter into a contract in the manner provided by law to purchase materials for <br />street repair for the year 1951. <br /> <br />E IT ORDAI~7~] ~Y TH~ COUN01I OF THE 0ITY OF LAKEPOOD, STATE OF OHIOl <br /> <br /> Section 1, That the Ma~or, as Director of Public Works, be and he is <br />hereby authorized to enter into a contract in the manner provided by law for the <br />purchase of materials for street repair for the year 1951, as followsl <br /> <br />Asphalt filler, ~andstone flagging, cold patch m~x-ture, Kentuc~ rock asphalt, <br />Medina and granite c~rbstone, ])aving ~iok, ~an~, ~lag, cement~ crushed stone ar~ <br />other similar materials. <br /> <br />~uch materials to be in accordance with the specifi~ations submAtted ~y the <br />Director of Public ~orks, which are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 2, Said materials aBal~ Be paid for from funds appropriated <br />for such purpose, cn vouchers apprewd by the Director of Public Works. <br /> <br /> Section 3, That this ordinance shall take effect and Be in force upon <br />its passage and approval By the Mayor and at the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adoptedl October E~ 1950 <br /> <br />Wm..
