The City agrees that the Company shall Be excused from its obligation to lease addi- <br />tional meters under Paragraph 8 hereof ~f the manaffactur% delivery or :~s%~ll~tion <br />of meters ~s pre~nted, delayed or made more difficult er substantially more expen- <br />sive Because of a strike or other labor trouhl% fir% tornado, flood~ embargo~ <br />shortage of transportation, material or labor, war, insurrection, civil commotion, <br />govermuent regulation or other cause Beyond the control of the Company. <br /> <br />20. The Company agrees to pay the highest prevailing wage rates as prescribed by <br />law for Cu~ahoga County, Ohioe <br /> <br />21. The Company agrees that the specifications submitted by the City for bidding and <br />the formal bid sul~Litted to the City of Lakewood shall be and hereby is a part of this <br />~ontract, <br /> <br />22e The Company agrees to complete the ~tallation of said meters and place came <br />in operation upon the streets of Lakewood, Ohio not later than thirty (30) days after <br />r~ceipt of signed Contract, <br /> <br />CITY OF IA~WOOD, OHIO <br /> <br />DUNCAN PARXING METER CORPORATION <br /> <br />ATTEST~ ....
