RGENCY ORDINANCE creating positions and fixing the salaries of <br />employes designated and appointed So supervise, ~aintain~ repair and collect <br />coins from parking meters. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation <br />of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the us~,~! daily <br />operation of a mnnAcipal department~ now, therefore, <br /> <br />B~ IT QRDAINED B~ THE 00UNCIL OF TH,: CITY OF IA~OOD, STATE OF OHIO~ <br /> <br /> Section 1, That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to employ <br />not to exceed two (2) persons to supervise, maintain~ repair and collect coins <br />from parking meters as fellowsl <br /> <br />(a) Class A - Salary $3240.00 per annum <br /> <br />Class B - par~ t~e employes - $1o10 per hour. <br /> <br /> Section 2, ~ compensation for all employes designated in Section 1 <br />hereof shall be payable in semi-monthly inst~llmAutS from the Park~n.g Me,er <br />Fund. <br /> <br /> Section 3e That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council~ it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the <br />Mayor and all ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith shall be <br />and are hereby repealed, <br /> <br />Adoptedt <br /> <br /> arch 1751 <br /> <br />Wm.
