ORDINANCE NO. 4764 BY Mr. Quinn <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE supplementing the annual appropriation Ordinance <br />No. 4732 adopted March 15, 1951, and making additional appropriations from the <br />General Fund. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the ~mmediate preservation of <br />the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation <br />of municipal departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br />~. IT ORDATNED BY THE 0OUNOIL OF THE CITY OF Tmm~WoOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section le That the following amounts be and they are hereby appropriated <br />from the General Fu~ in addition to the appropriations from said fund, provided <br />by the annual appropriation Ordinance No. 4732. <br /> <br />General Diviaion <br /> <br />3265 General Miscellaneous <br /> <br />$ 85,000.00 <br /> <br />Parks Department: <br /> 7225 Material and Equipment <br /> <br />18,,000,00 <br /> <br />TOTAL - GENERAL DIVISION <br /> <br />$ 103,000e00 <br /> <br /> Section 2.
