ORDINANCE NO. 4774 BY Mr. Vickery <br /> <br /> AN ~GENCY ORDINANCE amending Section 56-7 of Ordinance No. 4060 as <br />amended by Ordio~nce No. 4454, adopted November 25, 1946. <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of <br />the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily opera- <br />tion of a municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> BE IT ORDAINED B~ THE COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF IAKI~DOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1o That Section 56-7 of Ordinance No. 4060, designated and <br />known as the Traffic Ordinance, as amended by Ordinance No. 4~54, adopted November <br />25, 1946, reading: <br /> Section 56-7. Between the hours of ?:00 A. M. and 9:30 A. M. on <br /> Lake Ave.; between the hours of 4:00 Po M. and 6:30 P. M. on Lake <br /> Ave.; between the hours of 4:00 Po M. and 6:00 Po M. on the north <br /> side of Edgew~ter Drive, between Cove and Highland Avenues; between <br /> the hours of 7:00 A° M. and 9:30 Ao M. on the south side of Clifton <br /> Blvd.; and between the hours of 4:00 P. M. and 6:30 P. Mo on the <br /> north side of Clifton Blvd., within the limits of the City of Lake- <br /> wood° No vehicle shall stop on the foregoing streets during the <br /> designated hours for the purpose of loading or unloading propertyo <br /> <br />be amended to read: <br /> Section 56-7. Between the hours of 7:00 A. M. and 9:30 A. Mo on <br /> Lake Ave.; between the hours of 4:00 P. M. and 6:30 Po M. on Lake <br /> Ave.; between the hours of 4:00 P. ~. and 6:00 P. M. on the north <br /> side of Edgewater Drive, between Cove and Highland Avenues; between <br /> the hours of 7:00 Ao Mo and 9:30 ~.o No on the south side of Clifton <br /> Blvd.; and between the hours of 4:00 P. ~. and 6:30 P° Mo on the <br /> north side of Clifton Blvd.; and between the hours of 7:00 A.
