ORDINANCE NO. 6-52 BY Mr. Fahrenbach <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to supplement the Sanitary Code of The Codified Ordinances <br />of the City of Lakewood by enacting new Section 387o025, relating to the sale of <br />preventive and treatment drugs and devices. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C~NCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1, That the Sanitary Code of The Codified Ordinances of the <br />City of Lakewood be, and the same is hereby, supplemented by enacting new Section <br />387.025, to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 387,025e Sale of Preventive and Treatment <br /> Drugs and Devices, It shall be unlawful for any <br /> person, firm or corporation~ except licensed <br /> pharmacists or licensed practitioners of medicin~ <br /> or surgery to sell or give away, or offer to sell <br /> or give away, any drug or medical or surgical <br /> device for the prevention or treatment of venereal <br /> diseases; and ne such drug or device shall be <br /> sold, offered for sale, given away, or otherwise <br /> dispe~ed by an~ pharmacist, physician or surgeon, by <br /> means of any automatic machine er device~ <br /> <br /> Section 2o This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage at the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />October 20~ i952 <br /> <br />Approved:..?ctober 21~ 1952 <br /> <br />George F.
