ORDINANCE NO. ?-52 BY Mr. Gottermeyer <br /> <br /> AN ~GENCY ORDINANCE creating the position and fixing the salary of <br />the Custodian of the Police Station and the Court-Council Chamber Building, <br />~eginning November l, 1952, and repealing Paragraph (b) of Section 2 cf Ordin- <br />ance No. 4805, adopted March l, 1952 and Paragraph (a) of Section 3 of Ordinance <br />Ng, 4812, adopted March l, 1952 and all other ordio~nces or parts of ordinances <br />inconsistent herewith° <br /> <br /> WHF~REAS, an emergency exists in that it is deemed necessary by this <br />Council in the interest of public services, welfare and safety that the com- <br />pensation of the Custodian be fixed effective November 1, 1952 and that this <br />ordinance provides for the usual daily operation of a municipal department, <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED ~ THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IAKEWOCO, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section It That the following position is hereby areated and the <br />salary of the employe holding such position is hereby fixed as follows: <br /> <br />One Custodian for both the Police Station and the Court-Council <br />Chamber Building - $3600o00 per annum, 30% of such salary to be <br /> paid from Appropriation No. 2206 and 70% <br /> from Appropriation No. 4106~ <br /> <br /> Section 2. Ail compensation shall be payable in equal semi-monthly <br />installments~ <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force November 1, 1952 and Paragraph (b) of Section 2 of <br />Ordinance No. 4805, adopbed March 1, 1952 and Paragraph (a) or. Section 3 of <br />Ordinance Nee 4812, adopted March 1, 1952, and all other ordinances or parts <br />of ordinances inconsistent herewith shall be and are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Adopted:, <br /> <br />October.20, 1952 <br /> <br />George F.
