- 2 <br /> <br /> 4. It is understood and agreed that said building shall be re- <br />moved, and the contractor shall be required to agree to remove said <br />building, from the premises where now located~ by not later than <br />11:59 P.},~.. o'clock on Wednesday, November 12, 1952; provided, further, <br />that if not moved by the time hereinbefore specified all right to remove <br />said building from the premises shall cease and this agreement and the <br />gift, transfer and conveyance herein otherwise provided, shall be <br />null and void. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared ~o be an emergency measure <br />for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and, provided it receives the affir- <br />mative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its adoption. <br /> <br />Adopted: November 3, 1952 <br /> <br />George F.
