ORDINANCE NO. 16-52 BY Nro Vickery <br /> <br /> AN ~GENCY ORDINANCE approving the appointment of Fred H. Klefman, as <br />a member of the Lakewood Planning Commission for the six year term, beginning <br />January l, 1953. <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the i~ediate preservation <br />of the public health and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of <br />a municipal department; now therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWMOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the appointment of Fred H. Klefman, as a member of <br />the Lakewood Planning Commission, for the six year term beginning January l, <br />1953, be and is hereby approved in accordance with the provisions of Article <br />XVI, Section l, of the Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 24 That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and, provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in f~rce immediately upon its adoption and approval by the <br />Mayors <br /> <br />Adopted: December 15, 1952 <br /> <br />George F.
