- 5 <br /> <br />"(b) An accessory use customarily incident to a class 2a use shall be permitted <br />mn a class 2a district provided such accessory use is located upon the ssme lot <br />wlth the building or use to which it is accessory. Nechanical power in excess <br />of 3 H? employed in the operation of any machine shall not be permitted as an <br />accessory use. A class 3b or 3c use shall not be permitted as an accessory use.. <br /> <br /> Section 5. That Ordinance No. 1786 shall be and is hereby amended and sup- <br />plemented by the adoption of a new section to be known as Section 6 (c), which said <br />Section 6 (c) shall read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 6 (C)o No hotel or motel shall be erected nor shall a permit be <br />granted for the erection or for the alteration of a building designed for use <br />or intended to be used as a hotel or motel unless the plans provide for and <br />the building is so erected or altered so as to provide for, at least one <br />garage or parking space within said building or on the premises whereon said <br />building is located or is to be erected~ sufficient in size to permit the <br />parking of one motor vehicle for each room or suite in said building." <br /> <br /> Section 6.
